The Eucharist will be celebrated in St. Fin Barre’s Cathedral on 7 December at 12.00 to celebrate Colmcille 1500. Rev Tony Murphy will celebrate the Eucharist. It will be possible to view the service from 1.00pm on Tuesday, 8 December 2020 on the link https://www.corkcathedral.webs.com
Monday 7th December 2020 marks the beginning of Colmcille 1500, a year-long commemoration of 1500 years since the birth of St. Columba and of his legacy. The year will begin and end on the 7th December, the traditional birthday of the saint.
